How to Update a Bet Slip that Doesn’t Print

However, what if you don’t know what to do?

This has been the case with some NairaBET shop agents who have issues with bet slips that don’t print. In most cases, these agents are stuck and do not know what to do.

If you have been in this situation before, this blog post will teach you what to do when next this happens.

When an agent registers a bet and it doesn’t print, the agent has a grace period of 15 minutes to update the bet-slip. If this update is not carried out during the period, you won’t be able to re-print the lost bet slip.

This particular update helps you get a new slip that has the bet-slip code which is given to the customer. It also saves you the stress of having to input the game selections all over again!

You should note, however that the update function will not work when an event on the bet slip has already started.

To update a bet that did not print,

1. Log in to the Cashier Account Used to Register the Bet

To be able to make this update, you need to have access to the account with which the slip was created.

2. Click on Statistics

This is where you will find your registered slips.

3. Click on Registered Slips and Find the ‘SHOW’ Button

Once you find your registered slips, click on the ‘SHOW’ icon beside the bet that was placed. The selections on the registered slip is then displayed and the necessary update can be made.

You don’t necessarily have to go through the stress of imputing the game selections all over when a bet slip doesn’t print. Simply put the steps explained above to use and start attending to your customers in an even easier way.

Just remember this solution would not work when the 15-minute grace period has elapsed, or when the event/game on the slip has already started — even if it’s just one event out of many.
