1. What is a jackpot?
   The jackpot is simply a growing ‘pot’ of money that is available for any player to win. The jackpot amount will grow relative to the amount of money being staked in your shop. (Note no money is removed from the customer’s stake).
2. How is the Jackpot won?
   Once the jackpot reaches a set threshold (threshold is varied so the jackpot pattern doesn’t become predictable), the jackpot amount will drop on any winning ticket. The jackpot screen will display that the jackpot has been won and the customer must present his ticket to claim his jackpot plus winnings. Then the jackpot starts to grow again.
3. What is a jackpot screen?
   To add to the excitement of the growing jackpot amount, it is ideal to have a display screen (or monitor) in your shop to show the jackpot. The Jackpot amount will also display on the cashier till, so it is visible to customers if you use a dual screen. 4. How does the jackpot affect my commission?
   Jackpot contribution has no impact on your weekly commission; however, it is calculated as part of ‘payout’ in the calculation of GGR for bonus payment.
5. Is jackpot optional?
   The jackpot feature is not optional for agents. It is a means of rewarding your customers and happy customers will keep coming back and that gives you more sale. Regard it as a marketing cost with guaranteed return on investment.
